According to our confers Fudzilla, the Llano generation processor / AMD Ontario, which would be the first using the concept of Fusion (GPU and CPU in the same package) in the depth, operate a heart Phenom II. It would nevertheless be etched into 32 nm and may have two or four cores. Meanwhile, AMD could also add some small new features and enhancements to its architecture. The graphics, it could be after generation DirectX 11 currently used on the Radeon HD 5800 and 5700, but in a much more limited in terms of performance, of course. Everything seems to still scheduled for 2011, without elaborating. It remains to be seen what they will be worth facing the generation Westmere, Sandy Bridge, but also due to arrive in the second half of 2010. For even if the giant Santa Clara may have some advantage in terms of performance and consumption if AMD does not review in depth the Phenom architecture, it could nevertheless provide a graphical solution more attractive ... and propose a multimedia experience to a whole new level, this is usually the weak point of supply of Intel.
