Chrome: version 4.0 beta available for Mac and Linux

Google has finally officially online beta of Chrome 4.0 for Mac OS X and Linux The browser is just what we expected: an exact copy of what is found in the Windows version, with the list of features amputees that the timetable is respected.
When we speak of exact copies, is the mirror functionality and interface: everything is identical. The browser used in the same way as under Windows, including the tabs, the site functions or organizational management settings.

As for missing features, the list is unfortunately what was expected:
-The bookmark manager
-Gears, which allows to run web services offline
-The full-screen
-Task Manager
-Synchronizing bookmarks (available on the latest development version of Chrome for Windows)
-The management of 64-bit
-Full support extensions
Regarding Gears, Google explains that this module is doomed to disappear. Its development is arrested in effect for most of its features are redundant with HTML 5Google will therefore focus on the latter, and it is through the HTML 5 that Chrome OS will cache the data.
